Patient Experience: Improving the human side of healthcare. We are looking for innovations that enhance communication, provide comfort, and empower patients to be active participants in their own care journey.
Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs): Utilizing advanced technology and data-driven insights to eliminate preventable infections. Our goal is to pilot smart monitoring, sterilization innovations, and predictive analytics that keep our environment safe.
Patient Safety: Building a "zero-harm" clinical environment. We prioritize tools that reduce medication errors, prevent falls, mitigate alarm fatigue, and support diagnostic accuracy through real-time decision support.
Care Progression & Transitions: Streamlining the patient journey from admission to discharge and beyond. We are seeking solutions that optimize bed management, improve discharge planning, and ensure seamless hand-offs between care teams and post-acute settings.
