Richard Meiklejohn, MBA

Richard is an accomplished Innovation Leader and Board Member at Lahey’s Innovation Hub, where he serves as the inaugural lead Director. He strategically empowers clinical teams to implement innovative solutions, directly improving patient care, operational performance, and workforce well-being. Richard's work at Lahey is focused on establishing the organization as a leader in healthcare innovation through strategic partnerships. 

Previously, he led a global accelerator program at UMass Lowell M2D2, significantly contributing to the commercialization and fundraising success of early-stage life sciences ventures, helping them secure over $150M in venture financing and building thousands of strategic relationships with major organizations like BARDA, Johnson & Johnson, and the NIH.
