I enjoy studying and optimizing critical care medicine delivery, especially in the disease states of sepsis, cardiovascular collapse, and respiratory failure. I have done research in sedation for mechanical ventilation as well as sepsis care delivery, and currently serve as site PI for the AIMS project through the Society of Critical Care Medicine as well as several RCTs for ARDS and COVID-19 therapeutics. I am dually appointed in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and Emergency Services. I like travel, cooking, gardening, and hiking/ back packing.
