Lahey Clinic Resident & Fellow Compensation for 2026-2027 Academic Year
In addition to the base salary, residents will also receive a stipend to support moving costs, childcare, or any other expenses of the resident's choosing. The stipend is paid in 2 installments (July and October).

- Medical limited licenses for residents
- Visa fees ($370 per resident on a visa)
- Parking at outside rotations if needed
- Up to 8 weeks paid for Family and Medical Leave
- Uber/taxi services if trainee is too tired to drive home safely
- $500 educational stipend per resident (books, conferences, education related items)
- $300 annual conference attendance award available through the Annual Alumni Fund
- Up to two $750 conference presentation awards per year available through the Annual Alumni Fund
