I am boarded in emergency medicine and emergency medical services.  My academic and professional interests focus on prehospital systems of care and the development of evidence-based EMS protocols to improve patient outcomes. Within the hospital, I contribute to leadership, education, and emergency preparedness initiatives while working to strengthen collaboration between prehospital providers and hospital-based care teams.  I am interested in teaching procedures and emergency care principles to medical students and residents. I currently serve on the boards of regional EMS councils and MACEP as well as serve in the New Hampshire Air National Guard on the CERFP (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high-yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package) in New England.  Outside of medicine, I enjoy cycling, hiking, scuba diving, exploring new films, international travel with my family, and cooking and experiencing diverse cuisines.
