Medical Student Research Fellowship
Our fellowship is for medical students taking a dedicated research year in hair and scalp disorders. Fellows work with Dr. Senna at the Lahey Hair Loss Center of Excellence in clinic, in clinical trials, and on their own research projects. The fellowship includes a stipend.
Fellows prepare clinic visits, take standardized scalp photographs and hairline measurements, and learn to evaluate every major hair and scalp disorder. They also design and lead retrospective, prospective, and large database studies, and support our industry sponsored trials and investigator led studies. Recent fellows have led papers in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAAD International, and JAAD Case Reports.
